About the work

What does GYM Media produce?

We create short-form videos, long-form YouTube content, event recaps, thumbnails, titles, captions, and social media strategies designed to grow your brand online.

Do I need to be comfortable on camera?

Not at all. We guide you through the filming process, help you develop natural talking points, and make sure you feel comfortable. You don't need previous camera experience.

Who comes up with the content ideas and scripts?

We do. Our team researches ideas, develops topics, and helps write scripts or talking points that match your voice, audience, and goals.

Does GYM Media post the content?

Yes. Depending on your package, we can manage the entire process — from strategy and filming to editing, captions, and posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other agreed-upon platforms. We can also simply deliver the finished files if that's what you prefer.

How quickly will I receive my content?

Turnaround depends on the project, but the first edited video is typically delivered within 72 hours after filming. We'll establish a clear content schedule during onboarding.

The Jewish part

Does GYM Media work on Shabbos or Yom Tov?

No. Our team understands and respects Shabbos and Yom Tov, and we plan filming, posting, approvals, and deadlines accordingly.

Do you work with Chabad houses and Jewish organizations?

Yes. We regularly work with rabbis, Chabad houses, Jewish nonprofits, camps, schools, musicians, events, and community organizations.

Can you cover Jewish camps, retreats, and events?

Yes. We provide event coverage including videography, photography, interviews, recap reels, social media stories, and fast-turnaround content during or after the event.

Why does working with a Jewish agency matter?

You don't have to explain the basics. We understand Jewish terminology, holidays, community sensitivities, and the difference between content that simply looks good and content that genuinely connects with a Jewish audience.

Do you only work with Jewish organizations?

Jewish brands and organizations are our specialty, but we can work with any business or personality that connects with our style and approach.

Working together

How do we get started?

We begin with a free call to learn about your organization, audience, goals, and current social media. From there, we recommend the best content plan and next steps.

Do we need to be located near you?

No. We work with clients across the country. Some clients send us footage to edit, while others schedule monthly filming days or have our team travel to them.

How does the approval process work?

We normally create a dedicated WhatsApp chat where content is sent for review. You can approve it or request changes before anything is posted.

How much does it cost?

Monthly packages are customized around the amount of content, filming, platforms, and level of management required. Most ongoing GYM Media packages range from approximately $1,000 to $2,500 per month, while event coverage and larger productions are priced separately.

What happens during the free call?

We review your current social media, discuss what you want to accomplish, identify the type of content most likely to work, and explain what working together could look like. There's no obligation.
