Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what it doesn't, and who else is involved when you use it.
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking pixels. We don't build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell to anyone. The only time you hand us personal information is when you choose to — by booking a call, sending a WhatsApp message, emailing or phoning us.
Who we are
GYM Media LLC ("GYM Media", "we", "us") is a social media agency. This policy covers gymmedia.co and the pages on it. If you are a client, the handling of your accounts and content is governed by your agreement with us rather than by this page.

What we don't do
Stated plainly, because most sites do all of it:
- We set no cookies. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
- We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have. Under California law this includes not sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- There are no forms on this website. Nothing you type here is submitted to us.
What is collected, and by whom
Our host (Vercel)
The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers keep standard request logs — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These are used to serve the site and keep it secure, and we don't use them to identify anyone. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Booking a call (Calendly)
The Book a Call page embeds a scheduler from Calendly. If you book, Calendly collects the details you enter — typically your name, email address and anything you write in the notes — and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting. We use them to contact you about that call and about working together. Calendly's own handling of that data is covered by Calendly's privacy notice.
You don't have to use it. WhatsApp, email or a phone call reach us just as well, and the numbers are at the bottom of every page.
Typefaces (Google Fonts)
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of it. No font-loading cookie is set. See Google's privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email, phone or WhatsApp us, we keep that conversation and whatever you chose to tell us in it, so we can reply and pick up where we left off. WhatsApp messages travel through Meta's service and are covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Links out
Our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to those platforms, where their policies apply rather than ours. We have no control over what they collect once you arrive.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and booking details are kept while we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — California, the EU, the UK and a growing number of US states all give you these — you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can also ask us to stop using it.
Email contact@gymmedia.co and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you any differently for asking, and it costs nothing. Since we run no tracking, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing beyond the messages you sent us.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and organizations, not children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
People who appear in our work
The videos on this site are our own client work and show identifiable people. If you appear in something on this site and would like it taken down, email contact@gymmedia.co and we will remove it — you don't need to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what you send us to the people who need it and no further.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
